Steps To Getting Your AZ RE License

 

1. Register, enroll and complete 90 hours required by AZ Dept. of Real Estate with RERCAZ.

2. Obtain DPS fingerprint clearance card

3. Pass the RERCAZ school exam

​

4. Pass Arizona State Real Estate exam

​

5. Take contract writing course

​

6. 6 Hr Broker Management Clinic (Broker Only)

7. Choose your Brokerage!
